Shipping Policy


 

Processing time 7-14 business days.
Orders ship 2-3 business days after processing (preparing orders) is complete not delivered.

Some orders may be dropped shipped directly from our supplier.

NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE

Please allow 2-6 weeks processing time for all items located in Custom section of website and shoes. They are custom hand made one item at a time as ordered and ships 2-3 business days after processing is complete not delivered. 

Busy Holiday/Tax season may require more time due to the high demand for items during this time of the year.

Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Tracking will state exact date of delivery from delivery carrier not Bedazzle.boutique.

Once orders are dropped off to our carrier we are no longer responsible for the package or delivery time. Please provide correct shipping info at time of purchase we cannot change address after purchase is complete due to liability reasons.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AN EXTRA 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS LONGER THAN NORMAL SHIPPING. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES IF ANY AT TIME OF DELIVERY. 

Missed deliveries have to be picked up from your nearest post office like notice that was left states or sign for redeliver. Returned packages will be required to pay a restock fee.

 It is the customer responsibility to read all policies before checking out. You agree to these terms/policies once checked out.

Note: Please do not check out if you cannot wait. Only store credits will be issued during this time. No cancels or refunds will be processed due to customers not reading policies/terms. 

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT -  With the recent updates with COVID-19 and several delays within the industry, please note that processing times may take longer. Once a package is ready for shipment, a Tracking email will be automatically sent out (you will not receive a Tracking email if it has not been shipped yet so please be patient) and the package will be handed off to USPS, FedEx, Epacket or DHL.

NOTE: Multiple carriers are warning about delays at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order and please allow up to 7-14 business days for your tracking number to be updated with new information. You may contact your local USPS or FedEx delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
