If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, contact us with justifiable cause for even exchange only. All sales are final no refunds.  All shoes and accessories are custom hand made as ordered no refunds or exchanges. No exchanges or refunds due to size issues. Order according to size chart listed with items. Please do not ship back without written approval from Bedazzle.Boutique it will not be processed.

 

The following are not quality problems

1.Strange smell(As some of fabric will be special treatment, so maybe there is a smell, but it will be missing after washing. )

2. Color Difference (Different brands and models of monitor, and different color management profiles, or different personal setting will lead to the color difference)

3.The thread has not been cleaned.(As not the brand clothing, your understanding will be appreciated.)

4.Slightly dirty on the light color (May be caused in the process of production or transportation, it can be cleaned,it doesn''t affect you wear )

5.The quality of fabric, transparency of fabric or thickness of the fabric and so on. (As the standard of each person is different, so it is unable to judge, hope you can understand)

6.The size is a little difference with the description.(The measurements are taken by hand, the difference within 1-3 cm is normal range)

7.The little defect, which does not affect the overall wearing effect

 

The following products can not be returned or exchanged.

1.Damage was caused by buyer, such as: item is broken, defective tag, no packaging and so on, which will affect the secondary sale

2.The item has been shelved or halt sales

3.Didn''t contact the customer service to make the note about the problem and returned the goods without authorization, we will not process it.

4.Don''t accept approved exchange if it exceeds the replacement period (within 7 days after tracking information of delivery date). Customers have 3 business days to send item/items back after date of sent returned label.

Store/website credit will be issued if item/items are no longer available or out of stock.

Customers have 6 hours to cancel order after checking out. After 6 hours customers that want to  cancel an order will receive store credit.
Once checked out you agree/agreed to our policies/ terms.
